You can track the progress of patient applications in the Applications section of the Provider Portal. This area displays a chronological list of all applicants, allowing you to quickly identify who is ready for a transaction.
How to Find an Applicant
Browsing: Scroll through the list to see recent activity.
Search: Use the search field at the top of the page to find a specific patient by name or contact information.
Understanding Application Statuses
To process a transaction and secure funding, a patient’s application must be in Approved status.
Incomplete: The patient has started the process but has not yet finished submitting their information.
Approved: The application is complete, and the patient has a confirmed spending limit. You may now issue a transaction.
Denied: The application was not approved. PatientFi will email the patient within 24 hours with a formal notice explaining the decision.
