You can monitor the progress of all funding requests in real-time through the Borrower Transactions section of the Provider Portal. This list is organized chronologically, making it easy to track your most recent activity.
Understanding Transaction Statuses
As a request moves through the process, it will reflect one of the following statuses:
Requested: The transaction has been sent, but the patient has not yet responded or logged in to review it.
Rejected: The patient has declined the transaction request.
Accepted: The patient has successfully reviewed the request and selected their payment plan.
Funding After Acceptance
Once a transaction moves to Accepted, the funds are scheduled for transfer. You can typically expect these funds to settle into your practice’s bank account within 1–3 business days.
