You can monitor the status of payments to your practice under the "Provider Transaction" tab in the portal.
Funding Timelines
Funding typically reaches your connected bank account within a few business days, though it can take up to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.
Note: The funded amount will be the total transaction minus the PatientFi service fee.
Status Definitions
Settled: The total transaction was successfully paid to your practice.
Pending: Payment has been sent. Please allow up to 36 hours for the deposit to appear in your account.
Failed: PatientFi attempted to send payment, but the transaction failed.
