During the application, patients are notified that PatientFi reserves the right to verify their income. While this is a standard part of the application process, it is not something we require for every applicant.

Verification Process

If a patient's application is flagged for review, we may request documentation to confirm their financial details. This is typically done using:

  • Pay stubs

  • Bank statements

  • Tax returns

In most cases, applications are processed immediately without the need for these documents. If verification is necessary, the patient will be notified to provide the information so our team can finalize their offer.
