PatientFi does not currently support co-signers on a single application. However, there are alternative options available if a patient does not qualify independently.
Alternative Options
If a patient’s application is not approved, a legal spouse or parent may submit a completely new application on the patient’s behalf.
Requirements for the New Applicant
If a spouse or parent applies:
Primary Responsibility: They will be the sole person responsible for all monthly payments.
Presence at Funding: The applicant must be physically present at the practice when the transaction is finalized.
Verification: They must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification.
