Patient disputes

Patients may reach out to us to dispute (or cancel) their loan(s) associated with the services with you. If they contact us, our team will reach out to you directly.

Please keep in mind, if a patient has not received their services, we can expect you to cancel the loan in full.

Circumstances may vary so if you have any questions when receiving a notice of dispute, such as what to do if a patient received partial services, don't hesitate to give our provider support team a call at (866) 734-5979 and press '1' to speak to an agent.
