Delivery Timeline
Frequency: Patients receive a monthly statement approximately 20 days before their payment due date.
Format: Statements are delivered electronically via email by default.
Physical Statements
If a patient prefers to receive paper bills, they have the option to opt into physical mail statements by contacting our billing team at (877) 312-3625 Monday - Friday 5 AM - 5 PM PST
