Practice Protection
If a patient misses a monthly payment or is unable to fulfill their financial obligation, your practice is not penalized. There are no fees or "chargebacks" levied against your practice due to a patient’s delinquency.
Once a transaction is successfully funded and settled into your account, the repayment relationship is strictly between the patient and PatientFi. This allows you to focus on patient care without the risk of managing credit collections.
Late Fees
However, patients may be charged late fees specific to their locale.
