The 30-Day Rule
A patient’s first payment is generally due 30 days after they accept the transaction in the portal.
Example: If a transaction is finalized and charged on March 5th, the patient's first monthly payment will be due on April 4th because March has 31 days.
Patient Communication
The patient will receive a welcome email and access to their own portal immediately after accepting the transaction. This will confirm their specific due date and provide instructions on how to set up autopay or make manual payments.
