If a patient cancels their services and is due a full or partial refund, you can process this directly through the Provider Portal.
How to Cancel or Refund
Locate the Transaction: Search using the patient’s information or the Transaction ID (TRX).
Select Modify: Click the Pen icon or the "Modify Transaction" button.
Adjust Amount: * Partial Refund: Type in the new, corrected transaction amount.
Full Refund: Click "Cancel Transaction."

If you do not see the ability to modify or cancel, please contact an Administrator at your practice to ensure you have the necessary user permissions.
