Missing Payments During Promotional Periods

Patients do not automatically lose their promotional status if they miss a single payment. The "No Interest If Paid In Full" offer remains intact as long as the total principal balance is cleared by the end of the term.

Late Fees and Grace Periods

  • Grace Period: Patients have a 10-day grace period following their due date to make a payment.

  • Late Fee: If payment is not received within that 10-day window, a late fee will be charged to the account.

Maintaining the Promotion

Missing a monthly payment does not disqualify the patient from the promotion. They can still avoid all interest charges as long as the principal balance is paid in full before the promotional expiration date (This balance can include any applied late fees if they missed any monthly payments).

Note: While the promotion remains active, late fees are separate charges and should be paid promptly to keep the account in good standing.
