Helping a Patient to Accept a Transaction

If a patient encounters issues while attempting to accept a transaction, please advise them to contact PatientFi directly. For security purposes, we must verify the patient’s information and speak with them personally to finalize the process.

How to Accept a Transaction

The patient can complete this process by following these steps:

  1. Login: Access their account Here

  2. Select Terms: Choose their desired plan terms.

  3. Payment Method: Enter their payment information. We accept Bank (ACH) or Debit Cards.
